These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://theallure-code.com (the “Site”) and your participation in any classes, events, masterclasses, programs, or services offered by The Allure Code (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our Site or registering for our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Our Services
The Allure Code offers burlesque and embodiment classes, workshops, events, and online programs focused on feminine confidence and presence. All sessions are led by Madame Romanova or authorized instructors.
2. Eligibility and Participation
- **No dance experience required** – Our programs are designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced performers.
- **Age and inclusivity** – Participants of all ages (16+ unless otherwise stated), genders, and backgrounds are welcome.
- **Health and safety** – You participate at your own risk. Please consult a physician before starting any physical activity. If you have a disability or medical condition, you are encouraged to contact us in advance so we can accommodate your needs where possible.
- **Attire and footwear** – Wear comfortable clothing that makes you feel beautiful (e.g., shorts, leggings, bodysuit). Heeled shoes (Latin ballroom shoes recommended) are optional but must be clean and non-marking.
3. Registration and Payments
- **Event registration** – Spaces for live events and classes are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- **Pricing** – All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- **Payment** – Full payment is required at the time of registration unless a deposit or installment plan is explicitly offered.
- **Confirmation** – Your registration is confirmed only when payment has been received in full and you receive a confirmation email from us.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- **Cancellation by you**:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before an event: full refund minus a €10 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before an event: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before an event: no refund.
- For online programs: refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
- **Cancellation by us** – If we cancel an event due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or force majeure, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
- **No-shows** – No refunds or credits are given for failure to attend without prior cancellation notice.
5. Code of Conduct
By participating in any The Allure Code event or class, you agree to:
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect and kindness
- Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Respect the confidentiality of other participants (what is shared in the group stays in the group)
- Not record video or audio of live classes without explicit written permission
We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event or program (without refund) for violation of this Code of Conduct.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site and provided in our classes – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, dance routines, teaching methods, videos, and written materials – is the exclusive property of The Allure Code or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or teach our proprietary methods without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Allure Code and its instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Site
- Your participation in any physical class or event (including but not limited to injuries)
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
You assume full responsibility for your own physical and emotional well-being during any activity.
