Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to all in-person group events, workshops, and masterclasses organized by The Allure Code (unless a specific event has its own separate policy stated on the registration page).
1. Group Size Requirements
- Minimum participants: 9
- Maximum participants: 20
2. Cancellation by The Allure Code (Organizer)
If fewer than 9 participants have registered 48 hours before the class or event is scheduled to begin, the organizer reserves the right to:
- Cancel the event entirely
- Reschedule the event to a later date
What happens if we cancel?
- You will receive a 100% full refund of all fees paid.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- If you prefer a credit toward a future event instead of a refund, please let us know within 48 hours.
We will notify you by email as soon as a cancellation or rescheduling decision is made.
3. Cancellation by Participant
More than 48 hours before the event start time
If you cancel your registration more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a 75% refund of the total registration fee.
Example: An event starts at 7:00 PM on Friday. To qualify for a 75% refund, you must cancel any time before 7:00 PM on Wednesday.
Within 48 hours of the event start time
If you cancel within 48 hours of the start time, no refund will be issued.
No exceptions will be made for last-minute cancellations due to travel issues, illness, or personal emergencies, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Include your full name, the event name, and your order number (if available). Your cancellation is effective on the date and time we receive your email.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend the event without providing any cancellation notice, no refund or credit will be given.
5. Transfers to Another Person
You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost if you notify us at least 24 hours before the event. The substitute participant must meet all eligibility requirements for the event.
6. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances (such as a documented medical emergency or a death in the immediate family), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future event instead of a refund. Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of the original event. To request an exception, please provide supporting documentation.
7. Online Events and Programs
For online live events (webinars, virtual classes), the same 48-hour cancellation policy applies. For self-paced online programs, please refer to the refund policy stated in our Terms and Conditions.
